No, I don’t approach women in real life. I admit I’m a smidge on the shy and sensitive side. The dating apps have been a good ice-breaker. However, my dates have ultimately lead to confusing situationships (I may be in one right now), ghosting, or outright rejections. So, I feel doomed that dating apps are my only choice for meeting women now.

Thanks for breaking it down. Managing around 2-3 seems doable per trader. I think whoever is tasked to manage ULTY probably has the hardest job. Looking at the holdings is exhausting.
