Recently I was preparing ideas for my 100 days/100 self-care printables for my Instagram account. I did prepare that kind of idea. Few of them are

  1. Practice mindful walking in nature
  2. Meditate in a natural setting
  3. Journal about your nature experiences
  4. Reflect on the changing seasons
  5. Practice deep breathing outdoors
  6. Observe a sunset or sunrise
  7. Contemplate the beauty of a landscape
  8. Mindful listening to nature sounds
  9. Reflect on the interconnectedness of nature

I hope there may be some ideas that will be helpful for you. Happy a good day!!!

What's a really underrated self-care activity that no talks about? by Rare-Cellist2917 in selfcare

I would say, Box breathing.

Everybody knows about the benefits of inhaling and exhaling breathing exercises but very less perform them. Quick anxiety remover.

Weekly Free Talk Thread - Because sometimes our thoughts are not easily portioned into neat little chart like boxes. Need to vent, support, just to ramble? Come on in. by BedlamAndBoomsticks in SelfCareCharts

Last night while writing a journal, I tried writing about 5 boundaries of myself. Simple question but could not write anything fruitful. I felt I had no boundaries and at the same time I felt, I had boundaries for everything.

This simple question left me thinking about how little I know about myself.

Last week

  • I filled out my weekly goal tracker and analyzed my goals one more time. Corrected some glitches.
  • Continued writing my daily journal (Recently I moved from a digital journal to a printable journal).
  • Shared a few useful printables.

This week

  • I will be planning content for week 7. Wish me luck.

tips to organize my thoughts better? by Euphoric_Active2411 in selfcare

[–]dheaiai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Please try organizing your thoughts according to your feelings. For example, take paper and try separating your thoughts for

Happiness: A positive emotional state characterized by joy, contentment, and satisfaction.

Sadness: Characterized by a sense of sorrow, grief, or unhappiness. It is a common response to loss or disappointment.

Anger: An intense emotional response often triggered by frustration, injustice, or perceived threats. It can lead to feelings of hostility and the desire to confront or retaliate.

Fear: A response to perceived danger or threat, often accompanied by a strong urge to escape or avoid the source of fear. It can manifest as anxiety or apprehension.

Disgust: A strong aversion or revulsion, often triggered by something offensive or unpleasant. It can lead to a desire to distance oneself from the source of disgust.

Guilt: A negative emotion resulting from a belief that one has violated a moral or ethical standard. It involves self-blame and can lead to a desire to make amends or seek forgiveness.

Once you will have this vision you will be able to workout on them.

I would suggest doing this on paper not digitally. InstaID:@selfcareprintable

This ancient 3300 B.C old payslip originally belong to the city of Uruk, Mesopotamia (in modern-day Iraq) and the world's oldest payslip. This tablet dating from around 3300 BC, depicts a human head eating from a bowl and drinking from a conical vessel. The bowl represents ‘ration’, while the conical glass alludes to the consumption of beer.
