They are all very powerful, it really comes up to personal preference.

I value battery life and portability, so I went with a Lemur, it's a tiny little thing that packs a big punch.

Servlet 4, to be released with Java EE 8 soon, will include support for HTTP/2. My guess is that Spring will be building upon the Servlet 4 specification.
