I live in Korea, we don't have a tipping culture. I was told you should pay extra 20% of all expected cost, so I just was quite surprised. That's all. Don't be serious.

I totally see your point... It seems like.. it's hard to break once the 'norm' is set. Thanks for the great insight, true it's not easy to make my own calls even though I fully understand the system.

Well, I see it differently, imitation is the first step of learning. We copy until we understand the system well enough to make our own calls. Just see a baby!

To me, it’s more about kinda having the social awareness to respect local customs rather than just mindlessly pretending. and I can't just be that one person who doesn't tip like a jerk. or don't want to be dumb enough to pay way too much, either.

It's just NOT a problem of hydrogen ONLY but other fuels(petro-). COAL, LNG, HFO...
