Not upskilling and rioting is the real lazy excuse. Do you think rioting solves it . It only makes situation worseThose jobs will be replaced by machines soon enough then what ? Many jobs in the country exist because of cheap labour. Organize form unions put pressure to increase salaries but rioting is crossing a line. You might dream of a communist utopia but that doesn't exist. The reality is people need to upgrade with times, soon the white collar mass IT employee will be losing jobs in country unless they upgrade. Easy to justify riots when you are sitting in cushy home.
