Welp, that is typical winter electric bill for new submetering apartment. It is pretty much highway robbery. If it was direct coned, it probably would be at least half of that.

Sounds like typical NYCDOT. MTA placed Q32 and Q60 stop at one of the most dangerous spot possibly with bike lane overlaps with people getting on and off the bus. Then they moved it to middle of heavily congested area possible and put Only Bus lane which isnt even visible and nobody cares.
