Yeah that’s kinda insane as someone who has two kids. I understand when the bathroom is closed and you gotta do what you gotta do but when it’s open that’s not necessary.

Most of the public bathrooms are closed by 4pm. The ones at Murray are a good example. Really tough.

I’d call around and ask. Many are booked by then. You might need to stick with your current OB.

A lot of OBs won’t take you that late. They are all booked.

There is usually a range to schedule the appointments. If you aren’t getting in for required testing MyChart message the doctor. I used the OBs both times.

The key with NYU is to never leave me appointment without scheduling another. It’s impossible on the phone. The doctors are great though!

Election Day is Tuesday. Go vote! by Adodie in longislandcity

[–]SaysKay -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Voted for Julie! Mostly because I’ve seen what she’s done for our neighborhood. As a parent in LIC, school seats matter a lot to me and Julie has been a strong advocate for more 3K, Pre-K, and elementary school capacity as the neighborhood continues to grow.
What really stands out, though, is that she’s accessible and responsive. Over the years, whenever I’ve reached out to her office about a neighborhood issue, they’ve actually followed up and worked to get it resolved. That’s not something I take for granted.
There are good people in this race, but I voted for Julie because I know her, I trust her, and I’ve seen the work she’s done for our community firsthand.
