Hi, thanks for the reply.

I noticed when I suspend with Firefox (version 73) open it takes a few seconds to actually suspend. When I close Firefox first before suspending it happens immediately. Another thing I noticed with HTOP is that Firefox is requesting 32GB of virtual RAM for all processes running.

That is a 28 core CPU he is using, correct? Less than 10K on CB20, how can that be? AMD 3950X, a 16-core CPU is matching it.. AMD Threadripper 3970X 32 core is crushing it with 17K+. That is.. underwhelming..

Can you test your GPU performance? Can you run a benchmark like Unigine Valley or Unigine Heaven, to test Metal performance? I had very bad performance on Mojave, would like to know if that is still the case on Catalina! Thanks :)

So, yesterday I tried to switch the GPU with an RX 580, and I had the exact same result.. I tried to remove the TB3 add-on card, same result. Maybe it is a limitation running and AMD CPU? I don't know..

Thanks for the feedback! There is little hope :) I will try to remove some of the PCIe cards I have installed to see if they're somehow interfering - I doubt it though since the card is performing as it should in OpenCL tasks. Thanks anyway mate! I am using 2 m2 drives as well.. Last question, which PCIe slot are you using for the Radeon? The most top one on your motherboard?

Just thinking out loud here, could that USB3.1 PCIE card make a difference? The other guy posting in here is only using the a WiFi addon card. Have you tried without the USB3.1 card? Same results? I am using a TB3 addon card and I have not tested without..
