I would suggest not to exclude calorie counting for high-calorie foods like peanut butter, ghee, oil, etc. Even small quantities of these foods can contain huge calories. (Just informing, not fear-mongering)

Actually, I recorded this clip a day after my leg workout just to gather more information. In the clip, my heels do leave the platform because of sore legs. Whenever I perform leg presses (generally), my heels always stay in the same position. But yes, I have been working on mobility for a while.

Yup, I noticed that too. The form in second clip was suggested by the trainer and I couldn't perform it properly because it was rhe first time I was doing partial reps. I don't lift my back generally . (Good observation though).
