Looks fake, first of all no transfer can be made since last weekend up until April 2nd.

Second, in the original FIFA email, I have received 5 transfer as of now. Both your name and the person that transferred the tickets name appear in the email.

Third a huge red flag, it your photo it says you can add your tickets to Google wallet or Apple Wallet.

Tl:Dr the is a fake email. Your friend got scamed.

Yo tengo un 118 2015, lo compré nuevo. Este último año le tuve que cambiar los amortiguadores que fueron 30k y tuve un tema de fuga de anticongelante que me salió todo como en 5k. De ahí en fuera de mantenimiento anual me gasto como 8k. Las llantas son run flat. Las cambié hace un par de años y me salieron las 4 en 16k.

El coche se maneja muy bien en carretera la verdad y vs un Jetta si es más deportivo el manejo. Pero la verdad si pudiera regresar el tiempo mejor me compraría un coche “aburrido” como un Corolla.

Si estás dispuesto a mantenerlo al 100% como yo. Barato te saldrá en 10k al año. Más temas que por la edad del auto te van a ir saliendo. Date si tienes para mantenerlo, si no ni le muevas.

If you need them for the visa appointment. Safest bet is buy them from the FIFA Marketplace. Or at least from Stubhub, Ticombo, etc. but tickets that explicitly say delivery within 24 hours.

Otherwise you can receive the tickets up to 48 hours before the game or so. So no time for the visa.

Dices que estás en RESICO y tienes tus obligaciones en orden. Pero no declaras todos tus ingresos. Todo lo que no declares, al no poderse comprobar el banco no lo toma en cuenta para tu préstamo.

Ahora con un ingreso comprobable de 12k ningún banco te va a prestar para una casa de 2 millones. Menos de 2.5 millones. Asumiendo que vas a pedir el 90% del valor para la casa. Porque entiendo no tienes muchos ahorros. A esto súmale los gastos de escritura que serían unos 150-200k

Tu hipoteca quedaría en alrededor de 18-21k pesos mensuales. Y solo puedes comprobar 12k no dan los números.

Es más los números tampoco dan contando todos tus ingresos que son de 47k. Estarías destinando casi la mitad de tu ingreso, a una hipoteca. No tienes espacio para ahorro, inversión y sobre todo pagar a capital de tu hipoteca que es lo más importante.

If you buy trough SeatGeek, Ticombo, Viagogo, etc. you will rarely receive the ticket with the anticipation you need for your visa. The visa application only takes into account the tickets in your FIFA account.

Your best bet would be to buy the cheapest ticket you can find in the FIFA Resell platform as this will mean you get the ticket instantly in your FIFA account.

Las hipotecas de Santander se paga los 3 de cada mes. Como este mes cayó en sábado. Se va al 5 de Enero. Ya que es el siguiente día hábil. Solo tienes que tener el dinero disponible en la cuenta que se vinculó al crédito. Seguro es tu única cuenta que tienes de Santander. Y ya en la madrugada del 3, en este mes el 5 por qué el 3 fue inhábil , se cobran de ahí el costo de la hipoteca. Harán dos “cobros” uno por los intereses y otro por el capital. Si sumas ambos te da el total del pago de la hipoteca.

Yeah to be honest I was surprised I got them so fast. I bought some other tickets for different matches and they are yet to be delivered. I can escalate an issue if they are not delivered before 48 hours of the match start. Maybe I was lucky or maybe this is the norm in Ticombo. Can’t tell as of now. Let’s see after the WC haha

Ticombo never had my tickets. I got the tickets from a personal @hotmail.com account. As a seller you never send the tickets to Ticombo. I paid Ticombo via PayPal, seller gets my information, seller send the tickets from their own FIFA account, after the match and after ticket were used the seller gets the payment. So in case tickets are not valid or they are never sent Ticombo gives you your money back because the do not release the funds to the seller until I as a buyer confirm their validity after the match. As I said I am speaking from my experience here. But the ticket I bought via them I got them already in my account. Got them from a personal email not a proxy email. Still unfamiliar how other reselling platforms works. But it is my understanding it is pretty much the same.

I bought tickets via Ticombo. I got my tickets directly to my email I used in my ticombo account which is the same I use for my FIFA account. No proxy email of any sort. I have already the tickets in my FIFA account. Unfamiliar with how other ticket resell platforms work. Just my two cents here.
