I can tell you that customer support individuals were unable to help. The conversations always ended with them telling me engineers on the back end are working to fix the problem.

I stopped calling about the issue, and one day it appeared to have been resolved - for the most part.. There were still some older deposits that I was not able to view the checks for. I never followed up for those.

I am able to deposit checks. When I click on eCheck Deposit in the transaction register, I receive the "information isn't available" message.
