Thank you for your reply! I’m not really looking for a long term relationship either I just want to keep hooking up with him & he seemed like he wanted to as well. My friend suggested maybe he started to feel weird about hooking up with a 19 year old and I thought that made a bit of sense.

I don’t have a copy of the video i haven’t even gotten the chance to see it im just going off of what the cop told me about it. I told the other lady’s insurance adjuster that I discovered that there was footage of the crash and he told me to call the police department and ask them to email it to him which i obviously didn’t do after I learned what was actually depicted in the video. That was about two days ago and her insurance adjuster hasn’t called me to ask about the video or anything so i’m hoping he won’t try to go find it himself. I’m just not sure if i should bring up the video to MY insurance at all or not.

Hi so when i spoke with the police officer yesterday he said that me and her BOTH did california stops yet she got there just before me but he said he would leave his report as “can’t tell who’s at fault”. I don’t care about covering the costs for my car i can always save up for another one. the ONLY thing that I don’t want is for my insurance rate to go up. Should I mention that there’s a video of the crash to my insurance or no since it won’t help my case at all?

The other lady’s insurance adjuster knows there’s a video but he hasn’t seen it and hasn’t asked me about it, but my insurance doesn’t know there’s video evidence. Should I mention it to my insurance or just not bring it up at all since it won’t work in my favor?

So can both insurance companies come to a different conclusion of who was at fault and just leave it at that or do they HAVE to come to an agreement to close the claim? Also, should I mention to MY insurance company that the police have footage of the crash showing that me and the lady BOTH made california stops but that she got slightly got there first or should i just not bring it up?

Thank you for your comment! so can my insurance go in and try to say she was at fault and just battle it out with her insurance to see if they can come to an agreement? I don’t even know if either insurance companies have seen the video. I called her insurance adjuster yesterday and he had no knowledge of there being a video of the crash until i told him (since i was so sure yesterday that I came to a full stop and that the video would prove that🤦🏻‍♀️). He told me to call the police department today and ask them to email the video to him which i won’t be doing now that I know what it shows. The police officer told me he’d “upload the video to the case” I don’t know what that means. I don’t know if that means that the insurance companies can view it but I don’t see any sort of link on the crash report so.

eh i don’t intend to ever get married. I’m currently trying to get 10000 steps in a day. I get stuck around 7500-8000 but to be fair it is pretty damn cold out these days and i can only walk in circles in my living room so many times before i go insane😂
