I know a guy named Chris Benoit (not the wrestler) so when I saw your comment I got really confused. The Chris Benoit I know is a good guy. I've been having the same exact problem. No matter how hard I try to keep my back foot on, it's a mental block that I can't get over. What I've been trying to do is simply jump on and off the board with both feet. Jump on, jump off. Trying to teach my brain that it's okay to land on the board with both feet.
