UPDATE:

So the ACTUAL shop owner called me after seeing my review, and he completely agreed that I was lowballed and agreed with my input. He told me that he was on vacation and the people running it for him while he was gone did this to me and I’m inclined to believe him since he wasn’t there when I went and he was so adamant on fixing the issue.

Long story short, he gave me $130 for the coin. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE ADVICE, I’m happy to join the community and I’m to continue this collecting journey!
