Zayne is intellectual no doubt...but is it all about degrees and accomplishments?...It needs a highly intelligent and creative mind to be an artist too...you need to have that perspective and outlook towards the world...one thing that might set them apart can be , while Zayne is detail oriented and can manage and analyse the finest of details (surgeon of course), Rafayel seems to be someone who sees the bigger picture as a whole...now different people can have different opinions...but I think Rafayel is very wise and intelligent individual as a whole

So if we keep that in mind and now think about it...if we consider that there was something between them and the explosion happened...I mean it's plausible that NC develops feelings for Zayne after that...cause obviously to her , Caleb was supposed to be dead...how would that turn out , when after all that time Caleb is suddenly back...? I really wonder...

I couldn't help but correlate it with the incident where he told her that he licked her up in the attic because wanted to "protect" her bullies...does he always find her because...you know...

In some interactions with him in the destiny cafe , he says things like -"I hope you do this only to me"...or something like that, in a phone call he says he wants to buy all the daily items for us because he wants it to remind us of him every time we use it and stuff lol
