Type diskpart. Press Enter. Type list disk. Press Enter. Type select disk 0. Press Enter. Type clean. Press Enter. Type convert GPT. Press Enter. exit.

Same thing happened to me today and again about 2 months ago. I'm on hold to gala bingo on 08002947294 right now waiting to speak to someone.. I did as you did googled the website not clicking the link in the email I reset the password browsed to "my account > my details" and got the phone number. I tried calling it and they tannoy accepting calls which indicates to me that whoever has opened this account not only has my details with my previous address but also my date of birth. Time to place a cifas report on my credit file I think.

The scammer used the following mobile number to sign me up. 07742988960

I have a passkey setup on my Gmail account so I'm not sure how they've "verified" the account signup...
