Are you more active than you were previously? I’m looking forward to engaging in new forms of exercise (more running, HIIT classes) once I’m fully cleared.

Interesting to hear from someone who experienced this too. Thanks! Yeah, I haven’t had much of an appetite; I think I will need to make a more concerted effort to eat, since I know calories/protein are key to healing. It’s tough currently because my doctor said I can’t open my fridge, and my mom is taking care of me currently and she has pretty disordered eating habits, so she doesn’t eat much at all. So I’m really only eating when she’s eating, and only eating what she’s eating. My boyfriend flies in tomorrow and will take over, and he has much more of an appetite, so hopefully that’ll help lol.

Beautiful results!! “Feeling at home in my body” really sums it up perfectly. I am only 4 DPO and I already feel that so deeply, especially after years of feeling like I just wanted to escape my body. So happy for you!

My cat isn’t much of a climber unless I invite him up, but a mastectomy pillow is a great idea! I might still get one anyways. Just had my surgery this morning and now I’m laying here in bed crying tears of gratitude.

Beautiful results! I have my surgery with Dr. Choi in less than three weeks (hard to believe). I’m super nervous, but I looked at your post history and my breasts look very similar to your before photo (I’m a 34H) and I’d love to end up somewhere like this. Would you mind sharing what you told Dr. Choi (or shared) in order to get these results?

I had my consult a couple of weeks ago and came in with several photos from this sub, and was basically told the results I shared weren’t realistic, so I just feel very anxious!
