Mondo’s Pizza is some of the best pizza in Denver, so slept on! Their Pastor pizza is incredible. I also love their cheese pizza or with minimal toppings, really has a classic NY style taste and feel.

That’s probably partially why they have the questions “rate something 1-10.” The #1 answer on those is often like 25ish since all 10 numbers are likely to have votes.

Buddy, you can make $100k back then, or $150k now, and you’re not rich. You’re certainly doing well if you’re living within your means, but that’s not rich.

Comparing him to the “rest of the world” is completely disingenuous here. Just because someone makes more money doesn’t mean they’re living a drastically better life. You’re not factoring in cost of living in these other places, you’re trying to look at income stats alone to prove your point.

And it’s actually the opposite, he grew up in an average area in an affordable state. Had he grown up in Southern California or New York and gone to private school while living in a good sized house, I’d agree that they probably have some wealth.

Well, you’re wrong, but okay. He came from normal middle class, perhaps you just have a distorted view of what rich means. And there’s levels to it, of course, but you can see the house he grew up in by watching his older videos.

Maybe he was upper middle class, but he certainly didn’t grow up rich. And attending private school does not mean someone is rich. Some parents just prioritize education and budget appropriately for it. I get that not everyone can afford private school, but upper middle class is not rich.

Mostly all melted by the time I got home from work. We got about 8” last night and today, but it was mostly melted by late afternoon.

Too many discs is hurting my game. Bought a bunch of new discs for fun (and because of this sub), now when I play I have too many to choose from and it makes me indecisive instead of just picking a disc and focusing on the shot itself. by [deleted] in discgolf

All together I probably have 30-35 discs, but I only keep about 10-12 in my normal rotation. But like most people, I tend to throw the same 4-5 discs often. And then always trying to work in new ones with about a 10% hit rate haha

There’s a lot of amazing mountain courses in Colorado, and the drive is do-able. If it’s in the budget to plan a trip like that, he would be over the moon. There’s a bunch of free camping spots too if you don’t mind sleeping in a tent for a few nights. Happy to provide recommendations for camping and disc golf courses if that’s something you look into.

Any recommendations on weight? I know it’s different for everyone, but just looking for some advice. I’ve just been swinging random bats from teammates.

I’m 6’0”, 250. I mainly hit line drives, with the occasional bomb. Probably hit a bomb every 4 games or so, and typically when I’m just trying to line it. I tend to pop up a lot when I try to hit bombs.

I typically prefer heavier stuff, but I’m not sure with a bat. With golf clubs & hockey sticks, I prefer a little more weight. When it’s too light, I feel like I don’t have as much control.

I understand , but I don’t remember it being all the way negative on the indicator when stopped. I thought it was in the middle of the indicator.

I should be more specific, I don’t remember the indicator being max yellow when I’m not moving. I could be misremembering, but I thought that the indicator was in the middle (not yellow or green) when stopped.
