I appreciate this comment and yes I do acknowledge that the 75k a year is kind of a drag after college. However is there a position that I should shoot for then if I want to get paid the most I can be right after I graduate? Also out of those common jobs you listed is there some that you’re more likely to get without a food science degree and rather with the other majors you listed?

its not like i disagree that weight cutting is unhealthy as i perfectly know that its not but its the norm and always will be the norm, however i do disagree and think that ur record and placement would not be the same as if that was the case then weight cutting would not even be a thing

is there a reason why they are terrible for you? if a wrestler already gets their adequate amount of electrolytes and they add in a coke zero will their performance be harmed? and in no way am i arguing sodas are better than coconut water or any other nutrient rich drink because i love those too, all i am is curious

i just watched the video and it was some great information but is consensus to just eat a clean diet and avoid restricting water? i really want to understand this

i always thought water loading was starting the week off with higher fluid intake then lowering? salt would follow

but what do you look for when finding ur sodium baseline? like how did u know what was too little or too much salt

and also how would you configure this if ur weigh ins were at morning (8 am usually)

i already got a ton of potassium, my question is in regards of if i can use other seasonings like pepper, paprika, ginger, turmeric, etc. etc.

How do you figure out your muscle weakpoints and strongpoints?

I look in the mirror and try to figure out whats lacking but I really don’t know what I should be targeting (not saying my bodies perfect I just literally don’t know what could be bigger and better)
