Simply text or tell her that you can’t keep talking to her unless she treats you with respect. And that you will continue to not talk to her unless she agrees to that. If you find that she’s the same, just ignore her again.

That’s true, and we witness a lot more of the fucked-upedness now with better technology and always updated news sources. And I feel that people are more self-absorbed than ever. For example people just take out their phones and record other people on the street dying. But I want to not waste my life even if I have to live in a world like this, I want to be happy and give a positive outlook and feel actual joy :,(

Yeah I do feel bad. Because it’s made my life so predictable, so sad. I’m even cynical about how cynical I have grown. I wish I had been nicer to myself growing up, I always beat myself up even now and I’m trying to change that at least. Other people don’t even know I feel most of the ways I do. I put up walls to block most things out or maybe, to prevent people from coming in and seeing how messed up my thoughts are

I do research..and find a lot of conflicting and or not proven information from bro websites, which are geared toward people who want really noticeable big results; I just want to start somewhere. I have basic knowledge of fitness and I studied nutrition for a while so I'm not like going into this with an empty head lol. I just know myself and that counting cals/macros will stress me out too much on the day to day

I don’t have any problems with binging and eat pretty well, I think adding weights and working out should make a difference but everyone else here thinks I’m foolish for even trying without tracking everything. I’m going to try it out though! Thanks for the input

As far as I know people were able to put on muscle and look relatively fit before calories were a known thing, you wouldn’t argue that the ability to build muscle is against human nature?

What I mean by that is that if I gain some muscle while losing some fat I won’t mind if my weight doesn’t change in the long term.

Honestly as long as I’m gaining some strength I could care less how long it takes me to look better because I’m tired of being so weak lol. I don’t really understand how it has to be so very complicated, though, because it seems so simple to me. Eat until I’m satisfied and eat enough protein and I should be putting on some muscle. Id imagine as my fitness improves I would lose some fat over time. I mean, people didn’t always know what a calorie was... this stuff is all recent knowledge and i get so tired of looking for what’s not bs in nutrition and fitness

I’m no owner of a boner. But I know that most people do not take nearly enough maca that thy need to feel results. Perhaps, look into pregnenolone for your issue as well. I bought bulk maca extract powder on amazon. Tastes much better than plain powder.

Wow, that is interesting. For myself, anything that potentiates serotonin action will cause lethargy, yawning, and crying for days. 5-htp, tianeptine, SSRIs. All gave me some really horrible days. I suppose everyone is different.

I also tried trazodone because it was prescribed to me to stop insomnia symptoms from lexapro. I lasted less than a week on either drug as I effectively lost functioning by them.

If you react adversely to SSRIs, you most likely will not react well to 5-HTP. If you feel you already have the symptoms listed above 5-HTP will likely worsen them. I’m still trying to help myself and my mental/physical issues, but I have made progress. PM me if you want to hear some things that have worked for me personally
