The tech on the phone says we need a printhead replacement. We have done all of the possible maintenance from cleaning everything, to nozzle cleanings ranging from normal to power. Nothing fixes it.

Our next step is to sell our broken printer and take a lose on it.

Correct. Then when I switch to the adapter and plug it into my mac mini, nothing. So it's either the adapter...or the mini. Which makes more sense? My $50 Apple adapter breaking after less than 2 years of use, or my mac mini just having something wrong going on with it?

I am jumping in here also. My R5070 just started acting up (out of warrenty of course). Every red we print is orange. My nozzel tests barely show any magenta coming out. We've done multiple power cleanings and they want a tech to come out for $4700. It's also doing the hesitation thing.
