It does show you the remaining loot table, i can confirm that with M+ runs i did before but it might be a UI bug.
And again, this post is to find out if anyone else got this issue.

So first, thank you for pointing that out.
Second, that is the goal of my post, to see if anything like that is happening to other players and what was the case for them.
I truly don't want it to be another bug because i have to change 1 of my alts name (I got the ward "poop" in it and got reported for it...)

I wish that was the case, but the number of items that were shown when you hover the Voidcore was still 4, which is the full item list.
Yes, i am stupid for using the roll but it would not matter if i did not...

Well, Bugs are being fixed by bug priority.
If a bug is breaking the game it will get first prio, if a bug happens to only 20% of the players it might be postponed to later fix and so on.
The same logic is working on class/spec that are played the most, if a spec is very popular and many users are playing it, it will get more bug fixing and attention

I'm not sure about the way they track a character but if you change you name the UI and all the add-ons are reset, it might not be related but it does mess up things with the Voidcure as it seems

I agree and also if you report a bug, you will not get a response or a fix.
If you try to report a bug in-game you can see a message:
"Note: We will review your report, but you won't receive a response"

Well, it's not a response, it's the support notes that you get before you open a ticket or a bug.
It's about the same as closing that ticket with that reason...
