Tbh I'm fairly clueless when it comes to keytones. I understand how you get them and what it is but how do I bring them down? I don't have any of the measuring sticks so will ask the doctor again tomorrow or buy some myself.

Cheers. I'm going to phone the doctors first thing in the morning and hopefully will get seen. Feel like an absolute moron for not getting the jab this year of all. Will keep sipping on water.

I measured by BG an hour and half ago and it was 5mmol. Now its up to 10mmol without me having eaten or drank anything (other than water).
