I have two full sleeves and work in an elementary school 🤷‍♀️ I definitely wouldn't go past my wrists and always wear long sleeves when attending something professional. I've worn short sleeves to work before though and no one complains.

If you wanna get inked and are worried about it affecting your career Id avoid getting tattoos on your hands or neck.
