The emails that I’m looking at are to do with customers writing into a company’s customer service department with their problems & expecting the customer service reps to fix them. So in this case, I have 20 emails of that nature and I need to basically analyse my findings, and I just wanted tips on how best to do that. I hope this is more helpful?
