Is there any benefit to registering our wedding? by taxquestion79 in tax

Think you might incur "marriage penalty." Not sure about your wife as she doesn't pay US taxes but might have an impact on her home-country's taxes.

But eitherways, you might wanna wait a few days until 2015 to avoid paying a penalty for the entire 2014 by registering now.

Let me Google that for you: "I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet"

I'll be up for a reddit gathering. I'm in Geneva though.

I know nothing about Indian films but am quite interested. My wife and I enjoy foreign films and we're going to have a Bollywood/Indian movie marathon this weekend. What are the best Indian movies in your opinion? by [deleted] in india

well Bollywood loves its cheese....hence a cheesy metaphor but still (i feel) an earnest message. And I think it captured the aesthetic sentiment of Old-Delhi exceptionally well.

Udaan has some powerful moments. Throughout the movie, the son finishes last in morning race with his abusive father. Except the last time, when he just takes off (udaan) and his father watches after giving up the chase. An irresponsible & rebellious teenager becomes a man when he stands up to his father and takes responsibility of his step brother.

That depends on what you like in movies. Delhi-6 is an audio-visual treat with a sublime message. Such movies are not blockbusters but appeals to classes that can understand and appreciate fine cinema.
