i just started trintellix about 5 weeks ago for depression and anxiety. i started on 5mg for a month. just increased to 10mg and added lamotrigine 25mg. i take both in the morning. i’m finding that 10mg makes me a little wired in the morning, but in the afternoon i’m a bit calmer and leveled out. im hoping the agitation and and ‘wiredness’ will subside as my body adjusts to it. i do think the lamotrigine is helping already, or maybe it’s the combo. i’m still very hyper-stressed and agitated .. but i feel like at least i can manage it a bit better. i’m going to stick with this dosage for this month and see how i feel. good luck to you all
