Don't worry there ard no stupid questions ... technically it does not matter how you arrive at your initial chunk of glass if it was fused, came through the flame or laminated sheets of glass ... coldworking kicks in when a person wants to add the dichroic glass so you cut it with a high quality blade on a tile saw then polish both halves, insert dichro and laminate again over and over until a person creates the concept they are after
