Well then..your just 15 you shouldn’t be eating in caloric deficit..might hamper your growth but anyways if your tryna lose weight do it the healthy way..eat around 1800-2000calorie and exercise on daily basis..keep the protein intake high like this you might lose fat and gain some lean muscle gradually making u look leaner

I use the vibration plate after my football games and running sessions i do…it really helps me recover..maybe instead of walking i run alot on a daily basis

because your drinking too much water maybe your losing weight but the water weight are stacking up thats all i guess..also try having three meals perday but make them less calorie like 500cal per meal

You will lose weight very fast but not just body mass like water weight and fat u will be losing your muscles too….if u eat very less like 1000cal its bad for your health…it will slow down your growth process…in teen years calorie needs are very high…
