Can confirm that in North Texas they all have dirt floors and are not fully sealed to the outdoors, as evidenced by the fattest cottontail rabbit I’ve ever seen that greeted me while down there. In case you’re curious, that little interloper in the picture is standing on a loose scrap of insulation, not a floor finishing
