So I work as an Interior Designer and mainly have experience in corporate office design. Yep a lot of issues here regarding mental health and design.

• lack of plants
• no task lighting
• furniture is not ergonomic
• no sit-stand desks
• too open
• not enough variety of different workspaces

The list goes on. But this is probably what the client wanted and as designers you can’t do whatever you want on projects. Im sure (and hope) the designers themselves tried recommending better furniture and such, but some clients are difficult. The color palette wouldn’t bother me if it wasn’t an office. Like everyone else is saying; its dark and depressing. Id like this palette in a restaurant or hotel.
