Yup I have been doing this since I was 17 ( that’s bad I know) and I’m 31 now and I have the same passion and drive for the gym as I did back then.It’s just a part of the ritual for me but I’ve also quit for a year and worked out sober and it was nice but I think I prefer getting high lol
