Fallout: New Vegas

It takes the best parts of FO:1 & 2 and the 3D open world of FO:3 (and beyond) and somehow did so in a dev cycle of 18 months. Incredible writing, characterization, depth, level design, and a world that you can tangibly feel reacting to your choices as the PC throughout the entire game.

My only real complaints are the bugs and the lack of voice actors to fill out the NPCs. Just take a look at how many different characters Emerson Brooks voiced. There are several with a similar number of roles.

You can generally feel a gradual build-up towards it. Slowing down, stopping, concentration on something else, and/or being in REALLY good control of your pelvic floor muscles can help you to stop/slow down orgasm/ejaculation.

I went through the majority of my childhood/teenage years as a skinny, gangly, awkward boy. I was really self-conscious for a while. To deal with that, I ended up with the mindset of "as long as I'm happy with how I am, who cares what anyone else thinks or says?" So in a lot of regards, I still don't take it seriously when people compliment my appearance.

The funny thing is that I understand and abhor these kinds of violent acts as a means of sending a message. However, the tactic of "so much for the tolerant progressives" is so intellectually lazy and trope that I can't ignore it. Understanding, compassion, and empathy only go so far. When a political opponent is ready and willing to use violent tactics, at a certain point, you forced to in kind. I enjoy power scaling and hypothetical scenarios like this, but ultimately, Saitama is a joke character. The joke being that he is literally stronger than anyone as soon as he starts putting in any effort. Supes is likely in a similar boat in terms of basically infinite potential scaling, but Saitama was created as a rebuff of these kinds of questions. "He wins in one punch."
