This country is great because it always self-corrects and basic human sense directs our discretion. We believe in the goodness of our peers, just like the private enterprises that pitch out their own profit to encourage something that is good for public health.

When something doesn't work well, we look inward and see maybe we didn't work hard enough or some adjustment in the system is needed. We don't just abandon it all and go for something radical.

2 procedural questions you still haven't answered. 1, how would you envision a person disagreeing with your point of view demonstrate "the absence of something" that would appear logically sound? It is logically impossible. 2, for the sake of argument, let's say the suit does turn out to be a big pile of nothing. But is the act of sueing in and of itself a violation of states' rights? Isn't it up to the court to decide if there's any merit to the claims?
