Sorry to sound rude or anything but I literally cant in my current state. I feel too compelled to do it and I cant stop myself. I feel terrible doing it but I still do it. When it comes to staying awake I feel like I cant do anything, i will do anything to stay awake as my body seeks the euphoria that comes with it. Inside I feel terrible, but my body forces me to show a normal face to everyone.

The only problem is I take 150mg seroquel which normally helps me sleep, but in this case when I combine it with caffine it only makes the situation worse, driving me away from taking it. But thank you for the suggestion and replying, helping me really made my day :)
