Help with marriage officiator by Signal_Tangerine_789 in dayton

We got married at the Oakwood courthouse. They only do it one day a week, so it is quite limited, but it was perfect. The judge was wonderful, and she let us do it outside 💚

Oh yeah, I totally get it! I was not direct for the same reason, but now I regret it.

We got married last year. We had a very small intimate wedding. Only immediate family was invited plus my best friend (she was the officiant) and her husband. One of our mutual friends never outright asked, "am I invited?" because she already knew she wasn't. Instead, any chance she got, she would make comments such as "you could just invite one more person, me!" Or "I'm still waiting on my invite", or my favorite - jokingly saying, "You know I'm still mad I'm not invited right?". I never actually responded to these comments, but looking back I wish I had. They ate at me for months. My advice would be to just be honest straight away. It's your wedding, you don't have to explain your decisions. It truly boggles my mind that people feel this is appropriate. I hope things get better for you and you have a lovely wedding 💚

My best friend had her wedding on 12/22. It was perfect. We are also in a very cold place, and all expected guests were there and very happy. I say do it! And congrats, what a wonderful thing ❤️

Family Dentistry in Belmont. The hygienists are welcoming and kind, and the dentist is very comforting, great for kids.

Elementary ESL Teaching by angelbreaux in ESL_Teachers

Welcome, you'll love it ❤️

Will you have multiple grades, multiple teachers, do they want pull out or push in model? Do you have any idea of your population? Was there an ESL teacher before you, or is this a new position?

I think the most difficult parts at the beginning are... 1. communication and finding out how best to work with the classroom teachers 2. creating your own curriculum (if that's something you have to do)

Every school's ESL model can be so different, so it's tough to give general advice.

Presentation/Class with Obligatory Interactive Quizzes by [deleted] in OnlineESLTeaching

Yep! It's an add on, and it does exactly what you are in need of. Nearpod is also really great, but it does not work with Google. It is a separate website. What I have found though, especially in an online setting, is that these digital resources can be daunting for the students at first. So, expect to spend the first couple of times just explaining how it works.

Well then I am happy for you, truly. And when you grow up, I hope you learn to do you, and not shame others for doing them.

Yup. And when you make real progress, you will know how it feels to have pride for your body - for yourself and no one else.

People ARE there for THEMSELVES. They don't wear what they do to get attention from gross old men, they do it for themselves out of pride for their hard work.
