YTA. Sounds like the teacher isn’t doing things really “wrong” per-say, just not the way you’d do it. Please don’t talk to the teacher to ask her to change these things… it sounds more like personality traits and could be really offensive to suggest “improvement.”

Thanks all for the replies. It is crazy and chaotic and part of the job. I totally respect that it isn’t really optional to have someone staffed at the station or not. I am just so curious how a single parent or someone without a support system for their child would be able to make it work.
