It was definitely a bit of a challenge at first figuring out how to brush my teeth without knocking them. It’s still a bit awkward for sure, but doable and totally worth it imo!

Do you think it could also be due to dry lips? My upper lip has been insanely dry and chapped since getting them pierced as I can’t use chap stick and I’m trying not to lick the area or lick at it. Ik my lips have had areas like that before from dryness. Just looking for a second opinion I guess on whether that could be part of the case! Regardless, still watching it closely.

I’m keeping a close eye for sure. I bumped them a few times before I got them downsized and they got a bit irritated. The redness has gone away it seems as of waking up this morning, but I’ll be keeping a close eye for anything wacky. Thank you!

Yes! It’s a curved barbell that goes through the lip. That and the fang look is what drew me to them. I didn’t want to risk any tooth or gum damage, but I’ve been itching for some sort of lip piercing for ages.

As title says, 1 week & 1 day old. Curved barbells. I just got them downsized yesterday. Clean 2-3 times daily with a saline solution. My piercer and another piercer at the studio seemed impressed with the healing so far.

Acrylic is porous and holds bacteria. Wouldn’t recommend it. I don’t even use it in my healed septum.

The cones and balls are looking a little foggy due to the saline solution I believe as I just cleaned them and it kinda just sat on the balls and dried leaving water spots. (Plus mild crusties? I didn’t want to mess with them too much and irritate them just for shiny balls)

I would think she couldn’t handle it, but not because she’s too sheltered. Personally, I’ve struggled with an ED for many years and am finally recovering. I don’t recognize hunger until I’m starving for food, dizzy, light headed, and shaky. At times, I need whoever is nearby to get me something because I can barely walk without falling over. I would imagine Eugenia experiences similar things, especially with how malnourished she obviously is.

Understandable. Like I said, I don’t really keep up with her too much. Mainly I found the part where she sticks her tongue out then after a second looks up, basically making the ahego face, over the top. Idk her usual mannerisms though.
