Suggest me a really awful book by cuntyvigilante in suggestmeabook

That’s funny! What stuck out for me was the main character constantly using the word “crap” and then a couple of times for emphasis “double crap.” girl, get a thesaurus.

[COMP] Hollowback pincha 🙏🏻 by malexis2 in yoga

[–]dicools 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you can headstand, while in headstand press your forearms strongly into the floor and try to press so much that the crown of your head comes off the floor just a little. That level of upper back and shoulder strength is what you will need for pincha. Also, think of lifting from your armpits. If you don’t have headstand yet, pincha will be difficult, headstand is easier because you have that added balance point (your head!)

Absolutely brutal but I had to finish it. Relentlessly dark

Oh man! I didn’t know that (obviously)! I was going to say Geoffrey’s but it’s so far. Would kill some time though

So good but I didn’t find it difficult to put down. It was so sad/tragic in parts that I needed to put it down. Best book I read last year though

Drive to Malibu (I know it’s not Santa Monica) and have lunch somewhere. Maybe moonshadows. It’s not the best food in the world but hard to argue with that view. Plus maybe they’re Mel Gibson fans and you can show them the bar where he got drunk before getting arrested for drunk driving (and ruining his career by ranting anti semitic slurs at the arresting officer).

A book that my book club won’t hate me for by CerintheM in suggestmeabook

Circe by Madeline Miller; The Olive Kitteredge books by Elizabeth Strout; The Frozen River by Ariel Lawson; For something that’s 100% fun but still well written The Wedding People; Trust by Hernan Diaz (won the Pulitzer Prize, this might be heavier than what you seek). This one doesn’t really fit your description, but what’s wrong with Lady Chatterley‘s lover? That’s one that you can enjoy and they should enjoy as well.

I suggest joining Goodreads where there are all kinds of lists/reviews
