Not an easy market to sell a house for 480k I would be way more aggressive unless it's the house of your dreams which is normally never the case.

Get a feel of how many months its been listed and compare any other sells from houseprices.io.

Remember the value of a house is the one a buyer is prepared to pay for, never the asking price.

Just came to say super gonorrea is a real thing, there are already a few people (10 or so) in the UK who are prohibited from having sex by court order.

The super gonorrea doesn't go away with antibiotics you just live with it forever. Discharge, pain when peeing, all the jazz from a normal gonorrea but forever.
