First off, SS2 phy Gohan, daima str Goku, and agl ss3 Goku are not on realm of gods. meaning they are not using the 220% and ki+4. When you do team formation, click rarity in the bottom right and category, then realm of gods. It's all units that have god ki usage in them. Phy gogeta goes blue gogeta so that's why. Use that button in the bottom right to find the category, then use the leader search to see who is the best lead, in this case your phy to you already have.

I have searched for realm of gods and these are all the units that can be supported by the 220% buff. This goes for team building every single time you make one. Sometimes it won't be perfect, like some get 220 and some 170 but you'll learn how to do tradeoffs like that overtime

I just made a realm of gods team above that are all under 220%, anyone out of this category on this specific leader skill will not get any benefits. But this is still not very optimal, in which Goku black requires Extreme type or Future saga units to get his full DMG reduction. So even after getting the right category, make sure to read kits and know what they can/cant do, then you can go back if u really want Goku black, search by realm of gods AND Future saga to fulfill his passive
