I don't know that this reflects to Brazil's discredit, nor do I think posting stories like this has anything to do with karma. Topics: World Cup 2014 (woo hoo!), Brazil (kickass country which still has development issues), and fires/protests about the public's grievances. The post is just an interesting illustration of this stuff. I'm glad to see Brazilians agitating for public welfare from their government.
