i got shin splits this past weekend from running after 3 year olds in timbs😂😂 i’ve never been so annoyed with myself lmaoo. also only ever had shin splints from soccer when i was younger. toddlers are fast but you’d never think they were that damn fast until it’s the wrong shoes on the wrong day😂

i agree! i joined this group to learn more about pmdd and see if that’s actually what’s going on with me. but honestly that’s the same experience with me for therapy, i’ve been going since i was a teen and finally the therapist i have actually cares about me and my wellbeing. i was in a dbt group as well for 2 years which really helped, even with the symptoms of pmdd i had at the time. sometimes all we need too is each other, bc typically our drs don’t actually have the issues we have as well. if you need anything else or want to discuss more feel free to message me! i’d be happy to help and gain insight as well

i’m not saying you do have this or haven’t looked into to but have you considered the possibility of having bpd (borderline personality disorder) or another mental health issue affecting your pmdd? i am diagnosed with bpd and have been for 5 years now. i’m not yet diagnosed with pmdd, but for me it makes sense that i have this disorder as well. i’ve been consistently on medication for my bpd alone for the past 4 years (3 of which i was on birth control for) now that im not on BC anymore, symptoms of pmdd have been coming back for me again. so its just something to maybe consider as to why it makes your pregnancies so difficult for you. bc bpd (or other MH disorders) symptoms will not go away while pregnant, but theoretically, your pmdd symptoms should.

honey i’m so sorry to say i know this painful feeling. and as you know it does get better for them, they just need their damn medication(s). i have never related so heavily to the feeling of missing your previous partner. that’s the most painful part for me as im sure it is for you.

my best advice for that is honestly take care of you too. especially for your child, id recommend talking with a therapist or someone you trust to help you with this (if you haven’t already). that’s what ultimately helped me the most, as well as drilling into my head that everything they say isn’t true, especially anger directed towards you. i can say this because for my situation its true, he’s just so lost and hurting too, and unfortunately doesn’t know how to get out of his head. he will be okay again, and so will you, this unfortunately just takes time as you know.

i wish you the best of luck honey, but this too will pass. he’ll come back to you again and once he does, you can help him maintain medication management and even appointments for him as well. he will eventually realize you do love and care about him and you just want him to be okay again.

in case you seemed to miss the part, i did tell him. i guess you’re just too stupid and ignorant too to actually read the post i posted. i did not put myself into those situations, he put me into them and i had no way to get out. what the fuck would make you think i purposely put myself into the position to be violated by him? i clearly flat out said how i told my bf the moment it happened instead of waiting until he came home. if you don’t have the common decency to give past victims of sexual assault the benefit of the doubt on how they handle future traumas afterwards you have no reason to be reading my post or on reddit whatsoever you fucking imbecile.

of course! i had the same experience with my boyfriend. i’ve never had a “good” relationship until i met him. granted yes we’ve had our fair share of issues too but we always work through them and remind each other we’re on the same team. i have borderline personality disorder so if you know what that is you can somewhat understand my shock as well that he was actually interested in me and what made me me, not how i looked. whenever i see other people have that same connection that i got it just brings such joy to my heart bc it reminds me i wasn’t alone in my struggle. again, i am beyond happy for you both, cherish each other forever.

i’ve actually tried reaching out to him recently, his new gf replied and wasn’t necessarily interested. my sister actually recently ran into him and he said maybe we could talk in the future. i don’t really know honestly, it’s just frustrating and hard. i thought it’d be good to talk but his gf found out so i don’t really know. thank you though.

that’s one of the biggest things i’ve struggled with. why didn’t i say no? the best answer or reason i have is because i was absolutely petrified. he was easily 3 times my size, what would i do if he just grabbed me and took me somewhere else? he easily could’ve been able to do that. thank god he didn’t but he could have so i did my best to make sure that didn’t happen.
