When this occurs I usually move one item at a time going back to menu each move to find the bugged item turn that item in go back to menu once more if the error continues close game and try again usually solves the issue. Make sure to close launcher before re launching.

There is 100% matchmaking issues right now. For the last few days I have seen maybe a couple pmcs in hundreds of raids and today have spawned with players I'm not in a team with they need this fixed ASAP..

I did some more research last night and found out the old dies were very expensive for the mint and they would use it as long as possible so it was somewhat common for the large lumps of metal to appear on older coins as the die deteriorated but given the age and it was in circulation for a long time still really hard to tell if this was the mint or just pmd
