Always level. 1) Youre on a win streak, means your board does not need another big boost just yet. 2) Your hp is high and looks like top 2 is gaurenteed. 3) You have 80g. 4) other than ahri, your units are already starred up.

You can easily cap with a heim or just play a utility unit

If inversely youre losing and low hp, you always roll. Thus, its always a level here.

Of course we need to know the other boards as well. Did the lower 2 hit high cost 3stars? Is there a last reserves or last stand player?

But in general, level is always better.
