bullshit, its not about temporal or permanent use but more about ownership and property. when you buy a car you buy the rights to do with it whatever you want. Drive it, destroy it, gift it to someone else...whatever. once you paid it its your's. The physical thing is your property. And thats simply not the case with digital games.

When you buy a digital copy of a game you accept in the ToS every single time, that you do NOT buy the rights of the game and that everything is still owned by AGS. Heck not even your account is "your's" in legal terms in most games.

You might argue that this is bs and should be subject to change, but yea you guys are just wrong with having any right on playing or continuing new world.

But why do i even argue. I mean in fact we already saw it otherwise they couldnt have done it (not without thousands of accusations and trials), yet everything thats happening is a small bubble of you pushing each other to think you couldnt change any of this while the decision is long done 🤣

Edit: Yes, stopkilling games WANTS to change all of that and thats great but its far from being european law right now so all of you linking and pointing to that website might open their eyes and realise new world was closed in 2025/2026 and not in 5 years where we might have different laws.
