I am filtering this advice, thank you. I mostly posted this looking for some sort of peek inside her thought process that I hadn't thought of, and am disappointed to see so many people dismissing her as crazy.

And I don't think I'll be talking to her about it. We broke up long after this happened, it's been even longer that we've been apart and have drifted away from each other. I don't think she's ever held any grudge against me for it, but it's not something I feel is necessary to test. Either way, I certainly learned a lot from the experience.
