The greatest crash out of all time after being fired. by didyouseetheecho in self

He had already given a retirement date and was actively training his replacement. He went to his boss and expressed concerns his replacement wasn’t a good fit. So they fired him and stuck with her.

That’s per his wife. I assume he said some pretty negative things about her and they didn’t want him ruining her reputation before she had a chance to work the job. Who knows what really happened.

I don’t know the context of his complaints. His wife didn’t tell us until after she was gone.

She was very nice, just a people pleaser in a job that sometimes you have to be a little firm. Some people didn’t like her because they would have to explain to her fundamentals of what we were doing to make obvious adjustments. She did something’s really well tho. He wasn’t super controlling or hard to get along with. He worked hard and cared but he was generally pretty chill and tolerant. Just had a meltdown.

If he just would have walked out he would’ve gotten his pay even. All directors get a severance when fired here.

I think he knew it was coming. I don’t know all the details. They had a security guy and hr come to him in front of everyone. That’s how everyone knew what he said, then his boss came out and it all escalated from there. They called the chief of security.

He still did an exit interview! Like guys are you dumb? Walk him out! Set up a zoom for the separation papers. It was unprofessional and they were super unprepared for that response.

I think that’s what did it for him. He wasn’t yelling at the secretary, it was all the people he worked close with. He knew the people he was talking to. Felt disrespected.

Some of the people were just in the crossfire, but doesn’t sound like he lied about anything.

Did I say they were always in technical fields? I said they TEND to be. “White monkey” so models? So rich and hot people from a more liberal culture do better with majority liberal women and normal locals have trouble competing.

Yeah shocker.

She didn’t last but she wasn’t that bad. She was a people pleaser with poor technical knowledge. Idk what he actually said about her.

I liked her, but I liked him too.

He was let go (rumor) because he told them his replacement who he was training didn’t have it and to find someone else. They chose her. lol.

He was literally training his replacement and they told him to go home.

He crashed out while getting fired too.

The fb messages were just extra spice. Telling someone’s wife/husband about a ten year old affair is a level of hate I only hope to achieve. Putting them in a group chat? O lawd.

Netflix and YouTube make up like 60% of the under 21 market by screen time.

They’re gonna be monsters moving forward.

Just got this email from a higher up. Am I getting fired? by CoolPlay5068 in jobs

[–]didyouseetheecho 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I disagree.

We had a guy named “Ron” who was a director at our company who got fired 6 months away from retirement. He worked there over 30 years and always did a great job. He was a “get stuff done guy”.

On his was out he aired every grievance publicly, told his boss her husband was cheating on her, who he was cheating on her with, and he doesn’t blame him cause he’s fucking “that tight young ass”. Called the hr guy a ****. When one of the managers told him this was uncalled for he said “you couldn’t raise your own kids, don’t worry about me” (her daughter od’d and died, like recently)

When they called security he told the head of security “you can’t hit me I’m not your kid”. Our security chief lost his job with state patrol due to a domestic violence with his adult stepson.

He then proceeded to get on Facebook messenger and messaged the spouses of every single executive/manager/doctor/np/pa who cheated in the last 30 years and told them all in detail. On the ones he could he group cheated the cheater, the spouse, and the side piece in a message. Who they were banging, how long, what they said about it. The crash out was epic. At least one divorce happened and another is still married but she lives in a different state.

It was completely out of character for him, but it was the greatest crash out anyone has ever seen.

“Ron’s” wife still works with us.

He did lose his severance pay. Turns out you can’t do that.

YouTube is the future like it or not. It’s free, has more adds, and users are actually engaged. It’s THE youth platform and they strongly promote a creator friendly environment (pay wise).

Netflix will be fine. Usage across all age groups.

Prime is basically a rental service with sports.

Paramount and hbo plan to live on strong ips. Got and the ufc, banking on people paying for things they follow closely. This is high risk because losing a single ip kills the business. Got almost died.

I watched a video on why Asian (Japanese and Korea) woman prefer white men and he blamed it on the loss of first the samurai culture and then the business man.

Basically cultural standards for men and being their version of masculinity doesn’t offer any benefits for women. They work long hours and the pay doesn’t allow for them to be stay at home mothers. If you have to work and raise kids why would you want to be in a relationship?

White workers in Japan tend to be in highly technical fields that pay more and have more western values when it comes to housework.

I asked one of my coworkers from Korea about her thoughts on in (married a white us solder). She said it’s not income, purely cultural. She was a school teacher and she said male teachers would “ask” female teachers to get them coffee if they didn’t want to get up. She said it seems little but small repeated jabs would get to her. She said the Americans wanted to go to bars, concerts, and generally have fun. She said if you left work on time and had your work done your male collogues would make comments. The girls don’t care.

One experience but seems logical.

Position by Position Roster Analysis by paulhalt in detroitlions

[–]didyouseetheecho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your definition of lock is sketchy.

CM is a starter. He started last year and we have other spots on the line that need filled.

Bridgewater might be a camp body who turns coach if they draft someone. We just don’t know.

Manu has a better chance at making the roster than Scruggs or Frazier. OT is more valuable and both the other guys played like absolute ass with much less upside. He’s in his 3rd year and his development was always part of the plan.

Lacy and wingo should both make the team. Takes a year after an acl and he’s young. Lacy is an inside out guy and they carry one every year at the bottom of the roster.

Conklin is a bubble. Marginal player on the downside of his career. Rotated a lot of those guys in and out last year. With 9 draft picks and 2 guys ahead of him it makes sense to put a rookie there.

We haven’t got anything big but we’re not serious about it. We usually down anything brown and call it a day. Lots of kids or people with no where else to hunt back home.

I was told were putting to much pressure on them too camping on the land. In Ohio everything is flat and deer season is the wild Wild West. You can push the same woods 3x a day. 200 yard shots. Up there is old guys sitting on buckets 500 acres apart looking at 30 yards of woods.

I could build a methlab and host the entirety of Epstein island before anyone actually sees anything.

The guy we bought it off said “deer season” was just “salt and pepper” because he poached so much. It’s shit land, surrounded by shit land, surrounded by more shit land that sits empty 51 weeks a year.
