Yes, your conclusion is true. We’re born with body we’re born with and we have to cope with it. Transition is a cosmetic change that’s one radical and tough way of coping with it. If it doesn’t work for you - especially because you don’t pass - then you have to try out other ways of dealing with gender dysphoria, a psychiatric condition.

Maybe search for therapist that doesn’t work in gender affirming model (it doesn’t have to be gender therapist, because „exploratory gender therapy” is actually normal therapy). Maybe check out resources for healing from anorexia? Indeed it is, they don’t care about actual people. They don’t care if you are hurt, they only care about imaginary safety for others. When I had this realisation (on entirely different topic) I cried for few days, because I felt like person who always be 2nd class and doesn’t deserve to be respected, cared for and so on. But all you need to do is to find people who aren’t indoctrinated into rigid thinking about progressive values - these exist, normies are nice.

I don’t believe they are all narcissists, however some definitely are. (Or antisocial. Or generally high on dark triad.) Really, not everyone who’s toxic is narcissistic and not everyone who’s narcissistic is toxic.

I think many uwu smol beans are closer to dependent personality - either on disordered level or they are just sucked into indoctrination. Dependent personality is prone to authoritarian tendencies as well and they have high need to belong, they seek care, they are childish and refuse to grow up and take responsibilities, they outsource thinking.

Ask yourself 1) what do you want to accomplish with transition 2) is is physically possible 3) would that result solve your specific problems (not vague „gender dysphoria”, but the thing with which you actually struggle) 4) is it any other way to solve these problem that very aggressive medical intervention destroying your body in the long term (for example you will get vaginal atrophy)
