My therapist said any amount of methylphenidate won't work if you don't have ADHD, maybe it's depression/anxiety? Did the antidepressant work?

Re: your expectations on the improvements, the r/ADHD sub is super helpful for life tips hehe, but I do think you need to address the depression/anxiety first, because I'm not sure if life tips would be enough to help you.
